GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

Please note that all goods delivered via Post or Couriers are insured; Any claims for loss or damage must be made with Australia Post or the Courier company. We will not accept return of the goods to us unless prior arrangements have been made.

WARRANTY LIMITED

V8 Xtreme Performance, warrants that all of its workmanship for 12 months, parts and components used carry the normal manufacturers warranty, second hand parts have no warranty, race engines and or street engines used in a Motorsports environment carry no warranty.

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. Customers are recommended to keep all invoices or receipts for proof of purchase as a date is required. The limited warranty is not transferable & shall only cover the original purchaser.

WARRANTY EXCLUDED

. Any product that has been physically altered improperly installed or maintained, whether by the customer or other parties known or unknown.

. Any product used in an improper application, abused or not used in connection with the proper parts.

. Any product that is defective due to neglect or unauthorised repair.

. Any product where proper fluid levels and/or cooling have not been maintained.

. Normal Wear and Tear.

. Removal and Installation Labour unless we fitted the Engine/Components to your vehicle

. Damage to any other driveline and , or vehicle components.

. Shipping, Down Time and Fluid Costs.

. Failure Due to Improper Installation, break in or Maintenance.

For the purpose of any Warranty claim the Determination of the cause of failure shall be made by V8 Xtreme Performance or a 3rd party approved by us, any fees ie Shipping, labour, inspection to be paid for by the customer, decisions made shall be final and binding on the parties, If a inspection has taken place without the consent of V8 Xtreme Performance warranty will be void

As the parts/components purchased are for race or competition use and are modified from OEM there is no implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose- V8 Xtreme Performance obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of its products. There are NO warranties that extend beyond the description on the face of this warranty. V8 Xtreme Performance Is not liable for any incidental , foreseeable or unforeseeable damages or consequential damages, property damage or personal damages to the extent permitted by law. If there is, by law, an implied warranty of merchantability and/or fitness, they are limited to the warranty terms set forth above and start from the date of original purchase. The limited warranty provides specific legal rights and you may have other legal rights, which vary from state to state or country to country.

The customer and or its agents & installer are solely liable to ensure that all of the components are correct before installation. Proper assembly always requires that the installer measure all components for tolerances for proper clearances. We assume NO liability for any errors made in component selection or installation, including tuning errors caused and damages caused by incorrect fuels, lack of fuel supply or detonation caused by timing/ tune maps settings in either carburettor or fuel injection set ups.

There are no refunds on change of mind, initial deposit given is non refundable amount is subject to each job and will be noted on the quote/invoice, if a refund is requested all decisions will be made by V8 Xtreme Performance and are final.
